Excellent service! Convenient regular shuttle to and from the airport. We had an early flight and couldn't make breakfast so the hotel kindly offered to making us a breakfast parcel which was very very good!

Room was clean. Airport shuttle was great except for aggressive, for tips, porters at airport on our arrival. Breakfast was good. Lounge was nice. Service good. Hotel raised the price on our second day, but would not offer 6 hour extended stay. Maintenance man needs to sand bathroom door to close properly

Checking in was painful, the wait at the airport was longer than expected and reception was not prepared for the number of guests that arrived. There were staff available but only 2 actioned check-ins. Once I was able to check in, the room key (room 111) wouldn’t work so I had to retrace my steps to reception, bags and all and was given a replacement, same story. Now I’m tired it’s almost midnight and I can’t get into my booked room. Back downstairs- this time, a colleague was sent up with me with a master key - surprise surprise, this didn’t work either. Back downstairs for the third time to be given another room (338) I was given 2 keys and one of them worked - frustratingly it was the second one. This room served the purpose but I’m not sure it was the King bed superior room I booked.

The room was spacious and clean. Great shower. But take earplugs - lots of noise from plumbing system and dated decoy that look like it last had an upgrade in 1985.
