Bad check-in and rooms on ground floor backing onto a car park (in Joburg!). Hotel situated on a very main road. Loud noises all night. The outside security guards are very kind ; perhaps front desk can learn from them.

Exceptional from start to finish - the hotel is wonderful - quiet and small but with all amazing amenities and beautiful design, the wallpaper, the different lounges, the rooms - just beautifully designed and decorated! The staff are incredible, so kind and helpful, the food was delicious and the service was so wonderful. I can’t wait to stay again - I will surely be back!

The Hotel Staff where friendly, they went out of there way to make us feel at home. The room were clean and large. The TV service was good, we received a personal welcome and was taken to our room.
