Lovely hotel and quite unique. The rooms were large, pretty and clean, the staff was very friendly, food was delicious, and the restaurant, lounge area and garden were very nice too. They didn’t serve alcohol in the Lounge, so that’s my only note and we also had trouble using the safe in the room. Overall great experience, I’m glad we chose this hotel.

Bad check-in and rooms on ground floor backing onto a car park (in Joburg!). Hotel situated on a very main road. Loud noises all night. The outside security guards are very kind ; perhaps front desk can learn from them.

Exceptional from start to finish - the hotel is wonderful - quiet and small but with all amazing amenities and beautiful design, the wallpaper, the different lounges, the rooms - just beautifully designed and decorated!
