Exceptional Staffing

The staff were outstanding. Always helpful and we were greeted with a smile. The one drawback was that there was no full length mirror in the room. But overall, the rooms were large and the bathrooms were clean and oversized.

Excellent Stay The Carnegie Hotel is clean, quiet, and spacious. The staff is friendly and helpful, and parking is free and easy. It’s in a great location—just a short walk to the ETSU campus. The restaurant has fantastic food and a classy atmosphere. Highly recommend!

Everything was lovely. Our first night felt like the AC wasn’t working really well. The Spa experience was amazing. We went to the pool and the bugs/mosquitos were a little frustrating. Wellingtons was awesome as were the bartenders at the bar. The staff was friendly, courteous and efficient every time we interacted.

The hotel interior is beautiful and the rooms are very clean and spacious. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The only issue is the passing of the train with it's horn blowing what seemed like every 2 hours all night. Otherwise, we will be back. This place is great!

Older hotel. I think the room we stayed in could use an update. There was no hot water the morning of our checkout. Front desk was very polite and ccourteous. Booked through Expedia. Instant refund.
