Nostalgic hotel that is well run

Very nice hotel. Staff was very responsive. Only real improvement I see is that the bathroom vanities need better lighting.

I've stayed at the Carnegie before and returned because it was near where I was headed and a nice treat for my birthday week. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable and the lobby, very pleasant. When I checked in, information was thrown at me so quickly that I missed half of it but when I asked questions they were promptly answered. Checkout was delightful. My only concern is that the parking garage is a separate structure which, for one whose knees don't work well, is an issue.

This is the place to stay!

What a beautiful, amazing place to stay. The rooms were clean, comfortable and it even has a spa on the lower level. I had a massage and a facial and they were both amazing. You'll be glad you stayed there.
