Hotel is clean, staffs are polite and alway smiling. Hotel room is clean but the only downside is toilet flush is faulty, after flushing, the water will flow for 2 minutes that very noisy during night time. Tv remote volume button is not working. Hotel buffet breakfast is nomral but staffs are nice. Overall, the expernice is good and i will come back again.

The first room we got had stains on the sheets. Sewage water also started leaking from the toilet and started to smell. Tried to call housekeeping and the concierge but the room telephone wasn’t working; I had to go down to the front counter to request for a room change. The staff was friendly and accommodating to the request. The second room still had flaws, but much better. As the hotel is new and still in the “soft launch” phase, benefit of doubt is given and hope they will improve when they officially launch!

Room is not properly cleaned. We found rubbish behind cabinet and used diaper below basin. They charged considerably high rate (compared to nearby hotel) and such service is not acceptable.

We had a fantastic stay. The hotel has beautiful modern decor and a great location - right across KSL Mall with plenty of food options nearby. The rooms are new, spotless and very comfortable. As it’s still in a soft launch phase, the hotel wasn’t crowded at all, which made the experience even more enjoyable. Everything felt fresh and well thought out. We’ll definitely be back!
