Friendly, bubbly and polite staff made you feel welcome. Nothing was too much trouble.
Facilities were good and close to ex services club for a meal.

Had brand new $750 sunglasses STOLEN from my room whilst out. Has just received them for Christmas. Advised the lady at desk. I was GAS LIT by this woman telling me I must have left the door open. Or that I’ll find them at home etc etc I KNOW WHERE I LEFT THEM! Someone with a KEY TO THE ROOM STOLE THEM OFF THE TOP OF THE MICROWAVE where I DELIBERATELY left them so that I would NOT lose them. I was on the phone to my mother in law as I was walking out and I even told her o was Leaving them there. THIEVES WORK HERE! And I bet this isn’t the first time they’ve done something like this!
