Overall decent, room was quiet and well appointed. Was disappointed to see disposable plastic, single use toiletries. Wasn’t given any shower gel as had been given two lots of conditioner. Shower grout is very mouldy. The actual late check in of getting the key etc is very smooth, they just need to work on their calls. The receptionist was very short on the phone when demanding credit cards and drivers licence made me question whether i was about to be scammed, their refusal to answer any question on the process to get the key alluding to a future text added to this.

We were not informed prior to our stay that there would not be any restaurant or bar and no room service available. Also, limited reception availability for check-in and out. The room was satisfactory and any staff encountered were polite and helpful. Despite several attempts to contact the manager, I was unable to contact them and when phoning, the number was unavailable!

The room was very clean good size and fresh paint. The very helpful lady at front counter (TJ) was very accomodating. Unfortunately the restaurant was full and super busy would loved to have tried that out but ended up at farmers across the road and was very good. Only problem we had was the aircon was not cold I reported this to the lovely Cathy at reception and she noted it immediately. Wifi was good. I thought from the site they had a pool which would have been nice after 12 hrs driving .. it is located at a second property not a deal breaker. Overall a good spot, would return on next trip.

I would like to say I have never dealt with a more small minded bunch of hypocrites in my life, sure I stuffed up booking a hotel, but realising my error within 20 minutes I contacted your reception and put my case. TJ was very nice and noted on my booking that I wanted it cancelled as she made me aware of your 24 hour cancellation policy, and I didn't want that to time out. rest assured it will not end here, and im sure social media will be interested in how you treat potential clients... a small amount of common sean and common courtesy could have prevented this inconsiderate result. So thank you, and especially Antonella, for being so absolutely unreasonable and not at all accommodating... looking forward to rating this property...

Everything was clean. The staff were lovely. The bed was comfortable and we slept like the dead, nearly missing check out. Room service not being available on a Monday night was annoying.
