Hidden gem at North Shore Turtle Bay

Enjoy our quiet condo at the renown Kuilima East Estates property (Turtle Bay). Our recently renovated rental sleeps two and gives our visitors a respite from the hustle of Honolulu, and access to a host of amenities: short walk to the beach, BBQ areas, pool access and more on the adjacent Turtle Bay Resort grounds. A couples getaway, business trip, staycation, work-from-home alternative, or a cozy home base. This rental is perfect for exploring world famous beaches and golf course.

One-bedroom condo in a secured, gated community perfect for enjoying the near-by resort and the surrounding areas, or staying in for a relaxing getaway. Our rental features one-bedroom with a comfy Queen-sized memory foam bed, brand new A/C unit (October 2023), and fully equipped kitchen with Calphalon stainless steel cookwear for all cooking needs. Feel free to dine inside at our kitchen island with bar stools for entertaining, or morning coffee on the furnished Lanai with perfect sunrise views and the Ko’olau mountains. Keurig / drip dual coffee maker and electric tea pot provided. We provide a smart TV in the bedroom and Wifi through-out the property. Stacked washer and dryer available for quick washes.

Our guests have access to the entire rental unit in our gated community. Code to the front gate provided upon check-in. Included in your stay on the grounds of Kuilima Estates East:

Guest check in at 3pm; check out at 10am.

All confirmed bookings are subject to a 15% transient accommodation tax per Hawai’i state law.

For excess trash left in the rental upon check out (trash overflowing or left outside of provided bins) we must process an additional $25 cleaning fee. We encourage all guests to dispose of large amounts of trash at the bins on the grounds near the parking area.

Guests are provided an electronic fob for access to areas on the property. Please be advised a lost fob will result in an additional $200 replacement fee per the Kuilima Estates policy.

Arrival at the property location went well with good instructions, but the door code is sent in a separate email that was not received. Host did not respond quickly. 30 minutes with Vrbo Support from India and we finally got the door code. Host responded after. Not ideal. Condo is nice and stocked with everything we expected. Washer/dryer was a plus. Parts of the condo could be cleaner (bathroom fan was clogged and even had a note from the previous guests that it needed cleaning). The nice view from the large outdoor balcony was of the golf course and trees. Overall, it was fine.

The condo was exceptionally clean, and the bar was beautifully set for two diners, which was a great start.The two biggest complaints: the kitchen dishes were plastic, which is fine for children but not what we expected for adults, and there was no binder of suggestions from the owner on favorite places to visit or favorite restaurants. We always count on the local owners to provide that kind of information when we are in a new area.

Wonderful Place!

Wonderful quiet property on the north shore with access to the amenities at Turtle Bay Resort. Perfect for couples! Everything was clean and Jeannine’s place had everything we needed for our stay! There was a music festival going on for two nights while we were there which made traffic a little more than usual, but other than that everything was wonderful!

North Shore getaway

Highly recommend staying here. Host did great job communicating with me. We have stayed at this area several times and this has been the best unit we have rented. It was very clean, updated and a nice quiet location. We will definitely try to rent here again.
