Epic Maui Camping sets our guests up to cruise Maui in your own adventure SUV fully equipped for up to 3ppl to camp all over the island! We've thought of everything and packed it neatly into your Nissan Xterra (automatic trans). Cooking gear, sleeping gear incl. a super comfy memory foam mattress! hammock, cooler and more.

We include all of your legal and safe camping site options (this is not included in the price) plus tons of great local tips to safe you time planning. Our simple self check-in gets you on vacation asap and our camping gear has the flexibility for you to sleep in the tent or in your vehicle. Have a look at the camping gear included in the images.

-Return your vehicle with a full tank of gas to avoid fuel charges plus service fees. GASOLINE, not diesel -Park it safely back at our lot where you picked up (199 Lau'o Loop in Kahului).

-Lock the vehicle and drop your keys in the bottom lockbox on the shed labeled 'KEY DROP'. -If used, leave the tent, pads, bags and towels UNpacked, rinse your dishes, no food or trash behind please.

Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.

Great trip with the SUV!

My fiance and I explored Maui with the SUV and we can't imagine experiencing the island any other way! Travelling with the SUV ensured reliability and independence. We have had experience living on the road and so we were pleased with the quality of the camping gear and what was included. The tent was super easy to set up! Although clear instructions for check in and check out was appreciated, we did have to pay transportation to get to the SUV and when we dropped it off. Walking was an option but in reality, it wasn't reasonable. Including transportation would have made the experience even more convenience. Overall, a great trip, thanks Sean and Cece!

Camping on Maui

Overall, it was a great experience and Sean and Cece were great hosts. Because both of them manage the same email, I think a couple times there were very minor communication issues. I also had to ask about an item list of what would be included, and I think that should’ve been provided in the very first email after booking. I have already recommended them to friends and wouldn’t hesitate if I knew a family member was going to Maui

Epic is right!!!

We booked Sean and Cece’s Nissan because we love camping and we wanted to have a good look at Maui. We did!! Got so much in on our trip with help from all Sean’s recommendations. I’m an avid backpacker and everything we needed was I. This package. We never worried about not having something because they have it covered!!! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMEND MAHALO 😊
