Nice stay, units are little tired but clean and quiet. Good value for the price. Would stay again if the price stays affordable

I did not check on whereabouts of Beach Road. I assumed it would be near a beach, but no it was on the main south/north road with heavy trucks passing all night. Not much sleeping done. Also breakfast promised, and indeed was on their street advertising, but when I asked it, was no we don't do breakfast.

We are sorry to hear that you do not get much sleep. It is on our website that we are located on the main highway and we are about 10 minutes walk to the beach. The rate does not include breakfast just room only.

We had a a great stay at Kaikoura Motor Inn. It is a bit out of town but we had a car so not a problem. The furnishings are basic but clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy but a bit soft for me. Good kitchen with everything you need. Fairly spacious unit and I think great value for a 2 bed apartment.

All the info in the unit re activities and dining are years out of date. No breakfast available either. No staff apparently . Things like that should be kept up todate.
