When we first arrived, we were a little surprised by how compact the unit was—but that quickly changed. The space is really well appointed and turned out to be the perfect size for our stay. It was super clean, comfortable, and ideal for a one-night stopover. We appreciated the convenience of direct check-in, and it was a lovely touch to be personally greeted by the manager when we arrived. Friendly people and a great location made for a very pleasant stay. Would happily return!

This was exactly as advertised. Bed great, shower good. An excellent budget place with good basic facilities. Great little kitchen area available for all units to use - microwave, toaster, sandwich press. Laundry facilities to use too.

Since it was raining during our entire time in Kaikoura we were bound in the 4 walls of our room. Even with the heater on it was cold. There was a fridge but no microwave. Overall the space was incovenient.

We only had one night here but it was perfect! The room was very clean and tidy, bathroom was quite new looking and pristine. It had everything we needed. The best part was arriving to a beautifully prepared, pre-warmed room after hours of driving. Extra thanks to the thoughtful staff who gave us this lovely welcome!
