This was perfect as far as view and proximity to everything! It was a bit loud at times, but settled down after 9pm. We loved our stay here, the bed was very comfy, the couch a bit hard being a pull out, but we didn't spend much time there anyway, too busy enjoying the amazing beaches and walking downtown. We would definitely stay here again!

Fresh interior

GREAT: this property has been recently renovated, so the interior is fresh and clean with updates. The balcony provides a nice overlook to the ocean (over a beautiful church). Had beach chairs, towels, and a cooler. Being able to park here and walk down to the main strip area was a big bonus. Easy key retrieval once we figured out the initial lockbox situation. Not so good: We didn’t get the impression that those who lived in the complex really like “guests.” Also the sheets are pilling badly and the (colored) towels need a refresh as several had rips or were discolored. If you are going to do laundry, be prepared to have to put 10 minimum to use in the app. Not a bad price for the convenience of onsite laundry, but we only needed to do 1 load. The overall complex property and grounds need serious cleaning (elevator, laundry area, walk ways, etc.).

Top floor of a 7 story condo in Kona. Great breezes coming from the ocean and blowing right through. End unit so only one shared wall. Very quiet neighbors. Walkable to the ocean and downtown Kona. Really liked it.

Perfect for our needs

Great spot in the heart of downtown Kona with a great ocean view from the patio and short walk to Huggo’s and other restaurants/shops. We very much appreciated the fans since there is no air conditioning — not a deal breaker for us but something to consider in the hotter seasons. The place had beach gear also (towels, nice chairs, good umbrella) which was really nice. Overall really enjoyed our stay and we hope to return sometime soon!

I was a little concerned that there was no AC but with the ocean breeze and ceiling fans there was absolutely no need for it. Loved the view on the balcony and a short walk to lots of restaurants. Very relaxing and comfortable stay.

Amazing location to downtown and beach! Hot without AC, but doable with fans and breeze. Clean property and responsive host. Giving a 5 star on the app, but probably would say 4.6 for uncomfortable couch and bed, but we would recommend and we will stay again!

Great view, Great Stay for a week in paradise

Condo came on recommendation of friends who stayed here last year. Clean and newly remodeled. Fabulous view from balcony. Location is easy walk to restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Laundry in building. Management company is very easy to work with and responds quickly to any issues. Would stay here again in an instant.
