    JUMPEI

    お盆休みに利用させていただきました。 部屋にトイレがなく、共同トイレだった点は正直かなり不便に感じました。 また、夕食や朝食の時間について、何人ものスタッフの方から個別に確認され、その都度同じことを伝えなければならなかったのも気になりました。 特に残念だったのが夕食です。部屋でいただくスタイルでしたが、料理の提供にかなり時間がかかり、食事が終わるまで約2時間かかりました。大人だけならまだしも、子供連れで2時間の夕食はかなりきつかったです。 また、料理と料理の間も時間が空き、その間スタッフの方も部屋にいないため、飲み物を追加で頼みたくてもなかなか頼めない状況でした。料理の味以前に、もう少しスムーズに食事ができるようにしていただきたかったです。 スタッフの方々は挨拶もしっかりされていて、感じの良い方が多かっただけに、その他の部分が残念に感じました。
