The room was clean and comfortable. We arrived rather late for our check in as we were working late out of town and the staff was very accommodating with our late arrival. The soundproofing was great, you could not hear other guests or the highway whatsoever. The bed was very comfortable the pillows were perfect ( something I am always rather picky with). For the price the room was really good, absolutely loved the in-suite jacuzzi.

Room was not clean. The bathroom floor was not mopped from the last people and there was hair left all over the bathroom floor and earwigs crawling. The pool and hot tub area was disgusting. Bugs in the hot tub and ants n other bugs crawling along the walls and webs everywhere. Bathroom in the pool area was nasty as well. The whole stay was disgusting

We didn't stay here. When we finished showering and were getting ready for bed, we found bugs on the walls, floor, and even the bed. I took pictures and went to the front desk to tell the receptionist that there were several bugs in the room. He said he could change our room, but I told him we couldn't trust any other room and we checked out to another hotel. We ended up staying at the Holiday Inn Express. We didn't stay at the Riverland Inn.
