Woke up with a sore back each night. Beds are not firm. Also, the insulation between floors is the worst I have ever experienced. We could hear stomping feet from the floor above all day and night. Shoddy construction

What’s due out the most with me and my wife the room was clean very clean. The staff was wonderful and the hotel altogether was spotless. Thank you for a wonderful stay. We’ll be staying there again.

Great staff! The room was very clean. My only complaint - and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 stars - was they did not clear the snow and ice from the sidewalks. I understand that it's difficult to clear snow and ice from a parking lot full of cars, but there is no excuse for disregarding of the safety of others.
