When I booked I expected more from 4 Points. The outside was almost scary, like it was going under. The walk to the reception wasn’t much better. Even when I used the side entrance it was in bad shape. Old outdated. I took pictures, but no way to include them. However, the booked me on the 3rd floor which has totally been renovated and updated!! I was thrilled. I hope this means the rest of the hotel will soon be getting an uograde!

The fourth floor where our room was seemed to have been remodeled at some point. The rest of the hotel looked older, carpet, walls etc. Room was fine but when we arrive the volume on the tv wasn't working correctly and the a/c unit vibrated/rattled more than normal and was noisy.

Disappointed with my first time experience here.

When I first arrived, the front desk clerk apologized that they had oversold the rooms with the two beds in it and asked me was that OK and I told them no and I had to wait until they found me a room with two beds in it, which I originally had booked. And it was very disappointing. That breakfast was not included in my stay very disappointing. The room Was not worth $100 maybe $60 at best.

Price was reasonably low and comparable to quality, we booked late so that often costs more, but it was still reasonable for location almost on the airport. Staff was friendly, warm, helpful....not complaints of any kind from us.

Check in was easy and friendly. The hotel is improving from our last stay. Beautiful lobby and restaurant. I am told the rooms are next. They are a little dated. The bed and pillows are top notch. We love it! Parking is nicewhile you go on a trip. The shuttle gets you there on time and the drivers are very friendly and efficient. Nice comfortable ride to and from the airport. We have stayed here before and it is a favorite whenever we travel.
