Our family had a great time here and will stay again. The pool is the cleanest pool we have ever experienced at a hotel and I would not say warm, but not as frigid as most. The room (we have 3 kids) we chose was a double queen suite. It was humongous with a nice kitchenette. The hotel is a few blocks from the edge of the Plaza, but we found that the walk (even in the cold) was nice to get some exercise.

Great location. Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast so so. Eggs were safe to eat but not freshly prepared. Same with breakfast potatoes. Bananas were green. Apples not crisp. Needs another waffle iron
