Right off the highway , across from the KC stadium. Cute hotel, a little sketch in night time and where dogs are allowed, but being new to the area, it wasn't too worrisome with a friend and 2 dogs. If I was by myself as a female, I may choose a different location. Staff was super friendly and helpful. Breakfast options were not great and I'm pretty simple when it comes to that. BUT there were options. The room wasnt bad except you could see water damage on one side of tge room through the ceiling. Old tile ceiling, looked like it wanted to come down.

Had a great stay! The room was clean, well-organized, and very neat. For the price I paid, I was honestly impressed. The only area that could improve is the breakfast, but considering the rate, I can’t complain. Overall, a wonderful experience with super friendly staff.
