Easy to check in and checkout! It is conveniently located in downtown. The room was clean. We enjoyed our stay there stay here. They had a good variety of food for breakfast.

KC La Quinta

Excellent hotel to stay at for the one night we were visiting Kansas City. The location was perfect. Close to the Convention Center and good restaurants. Good free parking for residents which I found to be unusual for a downtown hotel.

Nice on the surface...

The hotel seems new and clean, so I appreciated that upon my arrival. The staff was very strung out or not super go-getting to help get checked in, almost as if it was a bother to them. Found out in the morning that the hotel had no hot water at all... Not in the sink or the shower NONE. This made me question why this wasn't addressed earlier or allowing me to cancel my booking...

GFDF-bring your own food

The onky glutenfree, dairy free options for breakfast were juice and apples and bananas. I asked if they has sausage patties. They said, no because we have biscuits and gravy. Mold in shower. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Good

The hotel is nice, clean and beds are very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and breakfast was good. However the walls are paper thin and you can hear everything. Heat and air unit in the room was turned off when we checked in. We turned it on before going to sleep and found out it was halfway broken and made very loud noise. We had to turn it completely off to be able to sleep. It wasn’t a problem in March but will be in summer.
