When we arrived, the unit had a noticeable odor. It was unclear whether it was from age or past smoking, but we had to keep all the windows open for a while to make it comfortable. The bathroom sink did not drain properly. There was no staff onsite and no housekeeping during the stay. Overall, it is an acceptable option if you are looking to spend as little as possible and only plan to use the space for sleeping and showering.

The location and overall stay were pleasant, but the cleanliness upon arrival was very disappointing. We rented two condos, and neither appeared to have been properly cleaned. In one bathroom we found used soap, pubic hair, and a bathing suit left behind, and both kitchens were messy and dirty. It appeared that only the sheets and towels had been changed. Cleanliness standards need significant improvement.

Clean room, comfortable set up, was glad to have the air conditioner in the bedroom and having a kitchen. The shower got warm but not hot and pressure wasn’t strong either so it took forever to scrub the red mud off after hiking, but that’s my only complaint. We never did get an email with contactless check in even though everything was prepaid and ready. Luckily we arrived when they were still in the office. Would stay here again though!

The hotel room was huge! Kitchen had everything we needed, everything was clean and comfortable and the location was perfect! I was worried there might be traffic noise since it’s close to the main road, but we never heard a thing! Great find!

We arrived and everything was fine. Then I couldn’t open our Lanai doors so I called no one came. Then I got an email saying that the front desk closed and to call this phone number to get help. I called every day and no one answered. Do not stay here and if you do you’ll be very frustrated. We couldn’t even get information to dump our trash.

A map of the property was provided but I would like to suggest that better/clearer signage for the buildings and parking areas be posted. It was harder to see in the evening. Everything from the room and amenities was top notch. I would definitely recommend this place to friends.

There’s no reception desk and no one to talk to in person. Everything is over the phone. We found out there’s no early check in upon arrival at 3 cause everything is done through emails and texts. So you just have to wait till they text you. Ceiling fan fell off in the living room while we were asleep and we couldn’t reach anyone or if they even have maintenance. Big rooms though and right next to coconut marketplace

The rooms and property were clean and quiet. The landscaping of the property was gorgeous. The rooms had full kitchens. The beds were comfortable. We had an ocean view from the lanai. We loved that the property had pools and hot tubs. There was plenty of parking. The nearby shops were great to have. There was a beautiful, non-crowded beach nearby within walking distance.
