After entering this villa, you will find yourself in the light-flooded, modern and exclusively furnished living, dining area again, which offers a breathtaking view over the Marina Schleimündung and the Baltic Sea thanks to its floor-depth panoramic windows. Next, the fireplace contributes to the feel-good atmosphere. There is also one of the large double bedrooms and a modern bathroom on the ground floor.
From the living room a staircase leads to the upper floor with two further bedrooms. Another highlight awaits you: the large spa with whirlpool tub for two and a sauna. After the sauna you can directly on the balcony accessible from the bathroom.
Worth mentioning is also the roof garden from where you will have a breathtaking view and certainly spend a lot of time.
