Your holiday accommodation is located right in the heart of Kaprun, at the foot of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area. The combination of modern design and alpine charm creates a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere – perfect for couples and families alike.

The apartment offers 45 to 68 m² of living space for up to 6 people. It features a bedroom with a double bed and another double bed, partially separated from the living area. A bathroom and a separate WC are also provided. In the living area, a sofa bed (120-130 cm wide) offers sleeping space for up to two children. The balcony is ideal for relaxing. The kitchen is fully equipped.

After an eventful day, you can unwind in our two wellness areas (Family Spa and Adults Only).

A generous breakfast is available in our on-site restaurant for an additional charge.
