Hotel has a good location and vintage look but is going through constant neglect. Staff is rude, and apparently not interested in dealing with guests, treating them with absolute no respect. The rooms are small, poorly maintained with uncleaned sheets and carpet. Bathroom is going through decay, with stains on the marble floor and walls...showing that it wasn't thoroughly cleaned in ages. Bathroom accessories are broken or at the Verge of breakage. Overall a below average experience, given that I could have spend night at Marriott by paying 4-5 thousand more. Breakfast is the only good thing from the stay. I ll definitely not be staying there again.

Karachi has very few high quality hotels. Avari is one of those. The property is clean and most of the staff is helpful and courteous. However it looks like the furniture, carpets and inside of the rooms have not been upgraded for some time and appear dated. The Airport shuttle is on time and helpful.

At the time of check in the staff expected us to sleep three people on one bed. Though i mentioned the age of child was 15. This is not acceptable, but the night shift staff understood the situation and provided us extra bed.

Day time staff was very professional and good in hospitality. But night staff was really unprofessional and rude. I am regular customer of Avari Towers since long.Never faced this kind of front desk staff before. Very disappointed with night staff. Overalls Service were good like always.

It was a delight to stay in this gorgeous hotel, so well maintained and managed. The staff were kind and welcoming, the room comfortable and spacious, and the breakfast provided an array of choices.

I had an excellent stay at the Avari Hotel. The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful—always going the extra mile to assist. What really stood out were the unique amenities: an on-site barber, currency exchange, and even a fleet of cars available for guests, which made getting around the area super convenient. The room was thoughtfully stocked with extras like a dental kit, shaving kit, and shoe shine kit, which I’ve rarely seen even in high-end hotels. The food was great, and service across the board was consistently top-notch. The only thing I wish they offered was the ability to buy a local mobile SIM or plan on-site instead of having to go to an external store. Would absolutely recommend staying here—great value, excellent service, and lots of thoughtful touches.

The hotel is pleasant enough and the staff are friendly and helpful. The first day the AC in the room was leaking, had it checked twice and in the end we moved room. The WiFi is poor, with constant dropping
