Put us in a room with absolutely nothing but retaining wall rocks outside. Lots of noise from hallways when cleaning staff was working the rooms. We needed to get in touch with front desk or ANYONE for the entire morning on our checkout date - no one could be found and our numerous calls to posted numbers went unanswered. Our reservation said our stay included breakfast each day but there was none available. The wellness center was a nice surprise. We paid for a two hour visit and it was very relaxing. Not a bad place, just nothing great/special except for the spa area which costs more to reserve.

Where are the employees? I feel like nobody‘s working there. During check out I couldn’t find anybody at the reception. Basically no one sitting at the reception at all times. We had to open the door to the hotel with our keys because the door was always locked and there was nobody working there. And good luck finding parking in the area, it’s always full

Very nice stay in general. Information on how to get to downtown was unhelpful. Although hotel location is very good and one can just walk to the town , shops or just walk around the town.

Staff is very helpful, breakfasts are really good and so was the one evening meal I had there . Wild boar stew. Had 2 sessions at the wellness - delightful.

Very nice property in a strategic location.

Newly renovated hotel, excellent freshly cooked to your liking breakfast, apartment style rooms with a fridge, stove and microwave - what can be more attractive for a longer stay in town. Just a few steps from mineral springs, in the heart of the resort and yet, very quiet. Very authentic hotel, true to the centuries old spirit of Karlovy Vary (Carlsbad). Highly recommend.

The apartment was extremely clean and serviced regularly. I really appreciated finding such a nice accommodation that allows dogs (including an extra cleaning fee). It would have been nice if parking spots had been included in the price; this was the only downside.

Die Unterkunft liegt zentral. Es ist sehr schön und sauber. Das Apartment verfügt über alles was man benötigt. Leider gibt es keine Parkmöglichkeit.
