Beautiful resort, and amazing staff. The spa was great also and good food. The Baray villa is a must experience, the cabana pool Suite is nice and spacious also. I definitely recommend and will return.

We found the hotel to be a bit worn. Buffet breakfast was nice overall and staff was kind. Room service and meal at hotel restaurant were subpar compared to other options available nearby.

Sawsdee village hotel is the most beautiful hotel I ever been to in my life. The decor of this hotel is mind -blowing .We were in beautiful room with access to the pool. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. The hotel staff have positive attitude towards life, always smiling and ready to help. A special thank you to K2, Ya, Boy, Sapain and super sweet “ egg lady”. Before we went there I was very nervous about mosquitoes but there were no mosquitoes in the hotel area . They did everything to keep them away. There are plenty of restaurants, bars, shops, pharmacies around the hotel. The Eightfold restaurant- it’s a must!! An authentic delicious Thai food! Walkable distance to Kata and Karon beaches. We checked out of the hotel at 4:00 a.m. ( due to an early flight) and the hotel gave us a takeaway breakfast box. We recommend this hotel to everyone and we will definitely come back there again.

Everything about our stay at Sawasdee Village was wonderful, memorable, and lovely. The staff were all incredibly warm and friendly and eager to assist us. The grounds were, simply put, just magical. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and we particularly loved that we were able to directly access the pool from our own lanai. The food at the breakfast buffet was delicious and the cocktails at the swim-up pool bar were so tasty. We enjoyed a 2-hour massage at the Baray Spa and though pricier than other nearby options, it was the best massage experience of our lives. We wanted to stay longer than our 4 days! We cannot recommend Sawasdee Village enough and hope to one day have the good fortune to return.

Excellent stay from start to finish and I would definitely recommend anyone travelling to Kata or close areas to consider this for your accommodation. The whole place is maintained well and staff were all very nice and helpful. I didn't try the spa facilities but the restaurant was also excellent quality with a good range of options. Staff were good at confirming any food allergies and willing to amend options to accommodate this so I was able to get vegan version without egg or fish sauce. I'll hopefully get a chance to return to Phuket and will certainly be staying here again if I can.
