Villa Papillon is a modern holiday home with swimming pool inspired by the beauty of the butterfly.

Villa Papillon is set 12 km from Porec and the sea, in the village Kastelir on the west coast of Istria, surrounded by olive groves and vineyards. Guests are offered a variety of gastronomic experiences in the several taverns in the area, as well as various wine estates, shops, cafes and many cycling and hiking trails.

An enclosed property of 300 sqm where guests have sun loungers, lounge area, a Weber gas grill and a 32 sqm pool at their disposal. There is also a trampoline for the families with small children and badminton equipment for the sport enthusiasts.



This villa with pool is proudly running on solar energy and can accommodate 8 people in 160 sqm of area spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living room with sofa and swing, spacious kitchen with dining area and Sage Barista Pro coffee machine, a smaller room with double bed and a shower/toilet. On the first floor are three air-conditioned bedrooms, a comfortable workspace with monitor, keyboard and mouse, ideal for digital nomads and a balcony with sea view. Each bedroom has satellite TV and a large double bed that can be divided into two single beds. One of the rooms has a private shower/toilet and there is another shower/toilet in the hallway. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
