Villa Bella Vista is a beautiful new 4-bedroom villa with a sea view. This holiday villa is located in the quiet village of Kaštelir, just 12 km from the historic town of Poreč, and 7 km from the popular Lanterna beach.

In the front yard, there's a heated 28 m² swimming pool, surrounded by lounge chairs and umbrellas, hinting at a tranquil and relaxing atmosphere. The pool can be heated on request, for additional fee.

This 220 m², fully air-conditioned house is tastefully decorated with elegant Italian furniture. Each of the four bedrooms has a TV and a wardrobe. Three bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms with showers for added comfort and privacy.

Three of the bedrooms on the 1st floor have their balconies with sea views. The fourth bedroom, located on the ground floor, opens directly onto the terrace overlooking the pool.

The terrace features an outdoor table, a cozy lounge area, and a large gas barbecue.
