The breakfast used to be the BEST! Great poolside eating area, excellent food and choices, OUTSTANDING. Unfortunately the eating area has been moved, and the breakfast is now only average. A pity. Bean counters at work - again…. Swimming pool is great. Large and indoor. Rooms - spacious, clean; good in all ways. I am a fairly regular customer, over the years, and was very DISAPPOINTED that my request (after a two night stay) that my request for a one hour checkout extension was REFUSED. (First refusal ever, at any hotel, over many years, at many hotels.) Not even an offer of ONE HALF an hour! And yes, I am a member of the Best Western Chain. This has been a favorite hotel for years; but I now will be considering alternatives…. Unfortunately

The room was average. Being an older property, the walls were not very sound proof. We could hear neighbors having showers, fans cutting in and out, voices in the hallway. The breakfast buffet was subpar, was definitely better the last time i stayed at this property.
