Excellent séjour au Mandarin Oriental Jakarta Nous avons passé trois très belles journées au Mandarin Oriental Jakarta en famille. Le personnel a été particulièrement à l’écoute et très professionnel. Après notre première nuit, l’équipe a immédiatement pris en compte notre demande de changement de chambre, ce que nous avons énormément apprécié. Nous avons également eu la chance de bénéficier d’un upgrade en suite junior, ce qui a rendu notre séjour encore plus confortable. De manière générale, la qualité du service est remarquable : attentionné, efficace et toujours avec le souci du détail. Un hôtel que je recommande sans hésitation pour son sens du service et l’expérience client.

Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Breakfast had variety and enough to eat. Excellent location with near by shops and restaurants. Perfect for few days in Jakarta.

Good location. Clean room and good service. Entry to the room was a little confusing but once we learned the basics, we did ok.
