The cook and maintenance guy were very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, although a little out dated. The pool was constructed in an odd design which resulted in it needing to be cleaned before we could use it. But at least there was a pool and working hot tub. There really should be an automatic door at the lobby. I think people with disabilities or carrying a lot of luggage would have difficulty Getting inside. Probably some sort of arctic entry should be installed.

Breakfast was standard but good. Large eating area was nice. Great donuts. Beds and room was very clean. Small details show the facility is a little tired. The staff was great very helpful and friendly.parking lot was icy but under the overhang near the door was dry. We would stay there again.

Needs some Touch Ups or Lower the Price

The mattress was comfortable enough, the flooring needs to be redone badly. The sink was near the bed and not in the bathroom which was a bit inconvenient, and the tub needs to have anti-slip, for a handicapped room it was not safe in my opinion. We asked for a mat, and were given one which was nice, but small. The concrete steps outside the front door need to be looked at as they are starting to erode. We did appreciate the quiet and the staff did a good job at noise control. We stayed here due to previous reviews, but honestly for the price in off season not sure we will stay there again.
