Lovely place

Well appointed condo across from Smathers Beach. I loved the condo. But, the day we moved in the elevator had broken. 2 weeks to be repaired so we walked 4 flights of stairs. Road work in from was done at night. 10pm - 2AM. Communicating with the host was iffy. She did not respond to quite a few emails but she was not the owner. The “other” manager Jay, did not handle day to day issues, only emergencies. I would rent again but would check on bldng situation. Doubt the road work will be happening again soon.

Amazing view

Amazing view of the ocean. Nicely decorated with island art. Updated kitchen and washer appliances. Host and manager were easy to contact.

Perfect location for us!

Friendly host and property manager helped make our experience comfortable from start to finish. We enjoyed all aspects of the recently renovated condo - clean, well appointed and perfectly located across from the beach - you can watch the sunrise each morning from the balcony. We highly recommend this property.
