Our stay at this hotel had both positives and negatives. On the plus side, the front desk staff were exceptionally welcoming and made us feel like valued guests. Their personal touch was a real highlight. However, the room itself could use some updating, as the furniture felt a bit dated. Additionally, our room faced a road, which unfortunately made it quite noisy at times. While the friendly service was appreciated, the noise and need for room improvements impacted our overall experience.

Didn't like the AC in the room was making a terrible noise when it kicked on. the ice maker did not work. Had to get some from the front desk.

Great rooms. Clean, extra large, cool and quiet. Pool area is excellent, plenty of chairs. Lobby was welcoming and staff exceptionally helpful! Nice gym with plenty of equipment for a good workout. An excellent hotel in the Keys! Highly recommend.
