Situated in the peaceful Meadows neighborhood on the edge of Old Town, the house is close enough to Duval Street to access the party, but far enough to ensure quiet rest.


Picture yourself sipping a drink with your friends in the shade or sunshine on the spacious porch and pool deck, enjoying the heated dipping pool/hot tub or relaxing on the porch swing all evening after dinner. And outdoor entertaining is made easier with a half bath that opens directly onto the deck!

And special considerations have been taken to help assure you can get the recuperating rest you'll need, such as new windows, solid core doors and full insulation.

The First Floor Master Suite features a king sized bed, two spacious closets, a flat screen TV, a private restroom with a shower. This suite also has a door leading directly to the pool deck.

The Second Floor Master Suite features a king sized bed, two closets, a flat screen TV and private restroom with a shower.

Bedroom 3 features a king sized bed, two closets, a small desk nook, a flat screen TV and shares a restroom with a shower/bath with Bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4, the smallest bedroom, features a full sized bed, a closet, a flat screen TV and shares a restroom with a shower/bath with Bedroom 3.

All linens and towels are provided for the bedrooms and restrooms.
