Overpriced. Loud Mass from church across the street woke us up at 7:30 each morning. Housekeeping is non existent. She took the dirty wet towels we had left on the floor and rehung them. Broken hairdryer. No pool towels. Keys didn’t work. Internet didn’t work. Charge of $30 per day to park is excessive. Breakfast selection not great

The property is very nice. Different suites in size and location with surrounding beautiful vegetation. We stayed in the tree house suite for the week. It was spacious and looked recently renovated. Breakfast was from 8-10am and they offered a variety of small options like joghurt, fresh fruit, bagels, bite size croissants, boiled eggs and orange juice. Staff in this area was very friendly. Unfortunately there had been a few issues for us during our stay. It seamed we had terminates in the bathroom as there had been larger debris on the vanity probably coming from the mirror. We let reception know on our first morning but nothing was addressed all week. Housekeeping wasn’t reliable either. They only made the bed, replaced the towels nothing else. No cleaning in the bathroom nor swiping the floors or replacing used drinking glasses. The shower glass started to build up black mold after a few days due to the high humidity. We also found a couple of cockroaches coming in through the bathroom drains as soon as it was dark outside. We had a nice small patio area which we used a lot till our last 2 days as the construction noise from the suite next to us was loud a d pretty annoying. Parking with $30 per day was a little rip off as there weren’t any options to park on the street or close by. Please also be aware that planes are flying all day and even during later hours directly over the property as the airport is close by.

For rhe price per night, breakfast neded actual hot items... quite disappointed in breakfast selections. Price of beer at the bar is way too expensive... 7.50 for a michelob ultra?????. Beautiful property and the bungalow was very nice. Pool also very nice near the lobby/office area

We had bungalow 84 which was probably one of the worst locations. Right off the pool with no way to keep the room dark for sleeping. The wood shades still let a lot of light in combined with the reflection of the pool. The staff was prompt in fixing an issue. The breakfast was good and more than expected. The place has a lot of charm but basic things were missed for the price like comfortable beds, floors that had soft spots so badly that you may fall, limited parking, and better bar hours. The hotel is within walking distance of Duval street but close to the end so you may walk much farther than expected once there. Overall, we spent 2 nights but I would not stay longer as the beds were just not comfortable.

Staff was exceptional. At check in we found one of the rooms musty (Winslow bungalow 21), asked to be moved. The check in lady was very accommodating, great customers service. The second bungalow #38 was very noisy in the morning as its close to the breakfast serving area and adjacent to the staff entrance for supplies. You can hear the door slamming behind the staff each time they go in and out. I raised the concern to the 2 staff members stocking the room, and promptly they must have reported it to their supervisor, as one came out to speak to me within 5 min of reporting the issue. I didnt ask to speak with a manager, but was pleasantly suprised that the staff took my concern seriously and took initiative to resolve it. The manager was pleasant and had some quick solutions and also said she will escalate the issue so that a permanent solution can be put in place. I give all the staff we encountered, 5*, from check in, to the bartender, they really know customer service. The property and its lush pathways are beautiful. Its quiet and quaint and the location and proximity to Duval street can't be beat.
