EXCELLENT accommodations and relentlessly attentive staff! You are an exceptional hotelier. Had to LOL at the local economy tax structure as they tax EVERYthing..... but to your credit you disclose all of that ahead of time.

Cute place- pretty gardens and pools. Nice breakfast included. Rooms are small, very noisy and have no amenities (no coffee maker, no iron etc). Very expensive for what you get.

Great location and it felt private even though it was close to Duvall and the high traffic areas. All the attractions were a short walk away. We lost hot water on the first night and it was fixed by morning but it would have been nice to get a call back letting us know it was fixed.

The staff was great, especially Sonya. It was clear that everyone wanted us to be happy. There were a few room issues — a clogged-up sink, badly discolored bathroom tile, a room phone that didn’t work well when we called the front desk. We found the continental breakfast unremarkable — especially compared to the pictures in your ads online. Having said that, when I paid for the fried eggs, they were scrumptious. The room appeared shabby, especially the bathroom. The tiles were worn and appeared dirty. One of the drinking glasses was dirty. The shrubbery on the patio needed to be cut back. Fresh coat of paint inside and outside would do wonders.

Loved the layout of the facility with all the different cottages. The rooms are not large but we weren't in our rooms a whole lot. Breakfast was fine but after 6 days, we went out for brunch. The pools are great with three choices.
