The hotel facilities are outdated and poorly maintained. The water pressure in the bathroom was so low that it was impossible to take a proper shower. The TV didn’t work, and I missed watching the Winter Olympics. The staff spent over an hour trying to fix it, and eventually it worked, but unfortunately the picture quality was very poor and blurry due to the low resolution. All lights in the rooms are way too bright, that you need wear sunglasses when you turn any light on, especially in the bathroom.
The breakfast was of very low quality—almost inedible.
Two stars: one for the location and one for the staff. Everything else deserves a negative rating.
