Why am I being charged 200 dollars? What is the 60 amenity fee? I already paid thought Expedia. Furthermore I didn’t receive my food vouchers or bottle of wine per the silver room upgrade I had. I’m unhappy with the stay and need to understand why these items were missed.

The check in and out was very quick and convenient. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They never left the correct amount of towels per person, however they were quick to get them there when asked. The beach was better than I expected for Key West. We celebrated my daughters 21st birthday and had a great time.

Really a disappointment. How can you not have morning coffee available unless you go offsite or to the restaurant. The dinner selection was questionable at best. Trying to be classy rather then just good food.
