Challenge when booking trip is what building you end up in. I wish reservation system gave that option, to our disappointment were furthest point from shores pool and ocean. Our room was clean, good view of pineapple pool. Amenities were good, and daily entertainment was great. Be prepared to receive bill at check out for resort fees, why Expedia do not collect at booking is puzzling.

The property is well located and maintained. Our room was ground level and was well decorated and what I would consider basic. Staff was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we found a cockroach in our bathroom and emailed guest services, we did not receive a response.

Room and staff where fine but our room was not serviced on Saturday, then on Sunday we were locked out of our rooms at 10am when check out is 11am and had walk back and forth to the front desk twice to get it resolved. There is also now a bunch of stuff for sale now in the lobby and looks more like a gift shop than a resort front desk area. This is our fifth time at the southernmost and our lest impressive .

We went there for our honeymoon, and unfortunately we didn't have the experience we wanted and it fell far short of our expectations. Initially we were put in a room that wasn't the one we booked, where we spent one night, and although we paid for breakfast, we could see people controlling and judging the amount with their eyes. We spent five days there and there was no cleaning service on any of those days. The receptionist and manager who resolved the room issue were friendly and polite and compensated us with a better room. The hotel is beautiful, but unfortunately the beach was very dirty and had an unpleasant odour, which I believe was due to the seaweed season. Overall, I honestly do not recommend it and will not return.

Very nice staff. While room was nice, there was no dresser for clothes. A suggestion would be to at least put more hooks in bathroom. No place to hang wet suits or towels. No towel racks either. Room not well designed for a weeks stay for clothing storage. But still enjoyed the week and great amenities and location
