Mi segunda vez que visito el hotel Havana cabana key west y sera mi ultima vez el servicio pesimo llegamos el dia de ayer septiembre 26,2025 a celebrar el cumpleaños de mi hermana decidimos pasarla en este hotel por la tan buena attention que tuvimos en agosto 9,2025 pero desgraciadamente esta vez fue horrible llegamos a las 10: 00 am al fronkdesk del hotel el muchacho que nos atendio tiene un customer service pesimo primero nos dijo fueramos a la 1:00 pm a ver si estaba lista la habitación y la sorpresa si esta lista tienes que pagar $50.00 de early check in porque el check in es a las 4:00 pm , pagamos para poder tener al menos una habitación . Honestamente no vuelvo nunca mas al hotel a parte de eso esta en construction y la bienvenida fue que estaban fumigando . Nosotros vinimos de miami a 3 horas y medias pensando en tener un feliz dia de cumpleaños y fue todo lo contrario hoy en la mañana hable con el manager Joe me escucho como parte de su trabajo, me explico que el muchacho me habia dado informacion incorrecta .

This was our first time staying at Havana Cabana. The hotel we typically stay at recently changed their name so we decided to try someplace new and I’m glad we did. The hotel is like stepping into another country from the moment you walk in. The pool is like sitting in an island oasis. The staff was attentive and super nice. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The shuttle driver was friendly and full of suggestions if needed. We will stay here again. Ps… the hotel is under construction, mainly its annoying if you sit next to it at the pool, but when the dj was playing we could hardly hear a thing

This hotel was lovely. We didn’t have much interaction with staff. The shuttle is a really great advantage because it is farther from the action in Key West. Overall it was a nice property and we would stay again !

We booked a girls trip here based on the fact that it was sapose to be adult only. And it is NOT! Its an average hotel, and staff is not that friendly. The concierge was very rude and un helpful. We found more help downtown ear the port for excursions.

The highlight of our stay was definitely the beautifully large pool. It's the perfect spot to unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy the tropical atmosphere. We also highly recommend the Cuban French toast—a delicious and unique twist on a breakfast classic that we thoroughly enjoyed. Our room was also a standout. It was spacious and comfortable, providing plenty of room for us to relax after a day of exploring. What truly made our stay special, though, was the exceptional service we received. The hotel's pet-friendly policy was a huge plus, and we were so grateful for Joe's friendly and thoughtful service at check-in. He made us feel so welcome and even provided our small puppy with her own bowls and toys—a gesture that went above and beyond our expectations. We also want to thank David and Chris for their kind and helpful service in accommodating our requests, making sure our stay was perfect. We highly recommend the Havana Cabana for anyone looking for a pet-friendly hotel with great service, a gorgeous pool, and a comfortable stay in Key West. We can't wait to come back!
