This resort rates excellent on all counts. Cleanliness is top notch. Staff are super friendly. Not our first visit and will not be our last but this is paradise on a plate in Mama Africa

Check in went poorly as there was some confusion regarding a change in meal options. Then the room we were put in had a leaky A/C unit so we were moved to another room which we then had problems with the door lock.
