Level 1: The first level features the home’s main gathering spaces, including a spacious living room, a sleek, modern kitchen, and a naturally lit dining area. With a large sectional, kitchen island stools, and comfortable seating, there's room for everyone to relax. This level also includes two bedrooms: the master bedroom with king bed and an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with a queen bed, with an additional bathroom located near the entrance. For added convenience, a washer and dryer are also on this level.

Level 2
On the second floor, you’ll find the remaining 2 bedrooms, including a charming bunk room. Bedrooms 3 and 4 each feature flat-screen TVs and queen beds, perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. The bunk room, located in the upstairs common area, showcases impressive windows and a large flat-screen TV, creating an ideal setting for movie nights. Two full bathrooms are available on this level to accommodate guests comfortably.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the entire home, access to a boat lift, neighborhood boat ramp and all Clearwater Harbor amenities.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located in the gated community of Clearwater Harbor. The neighborhood has its own marina and boat ramp for guests to use. Grab your clubs and hit the greens at The Legends Golf Course just minutes away! Or prefer hiking head to Longhorn Cavern or Inks State Park and explore the area! This neighborhood easy access to grocery stores, restaurants, and entertainment.

Getting Around:
You will need a vehicle to get to and from this property or around to local attractions.

Other Things to Note:
Someone will be available by phone, text, email, or in person if need be, before and during your stay!

Pets under 40 pounds are allowed on the property. A fee occurs of $200 per dog. Please inquire for more details.

Additional Fees:
There is an additional fee to heat the pool. We do require 24 notice prior to reservation to heat the pool. Please inquire for pricing.


Due to recent housing boom we are experiencing more construction throughout our neighborhoods. Please be advised it as may be near this property.

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $65 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.

As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.

The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.

The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

All refunds will exclude a 5% credit card service fee.
