Good if you do not want to pay too much.

The apartment is very close to the business center. I can look at the Pegasus and Marriott which was not far ways. Good way to save money and the apartment was very clean and comfortable.

Clean apartment with all the essential amenities

Apartment is as advertised, clean, towels stocked and a fully equipped kitchen. Would definitely stay again. Mark was present at check in and check out and available via phone.

Apartment is across from the Marriott & Pegasus

On my previous trips I stayed at the hotels but no more. The place is very clean and comfortable, you feel welcome from Mark the host. Mark is a chill person and easy to talk to. I highly recommend business travelers looking to be in the safe area but not spend a bundle book here.

I travel to Kingston from Panama for work twice per month and normally stay at the Pegasus then the Courtyard after they opened. I found this nice two bedroom apartment that is a fraction of the cost. Very clean apartment with hot water, air condition and very fast internet connection. The manager Mark is very professional and easy to do business with.

Stayed at Mark's New Kingston rental on New Years Eve. We have it reserve again for carnival. Mark and his staff is easy to deal with and the apartment is very clean and the service is good.

My stay at New Kingston Guest Apartments II By The Vacation Casa was great. I really liked the fact that the apartment was located so close to emancipation park and city center. The manager on staff Mark made life very easy for me during my trip. Thank you guys for making my stay in Jamaica one to remember, I can't wait to come back!

No issues, just a decent comfortable place I went back to at the end of the day while my colleagues paid twice what I paid at the hotel across the street. I am a fan of these apartments and this one is pretty decent.

It was no a bad decision to stay here. It was close to the hotel all my other colleagues stayed for twice what I paid. If we every have another conference in Kingston and I booking this apartment again.

Nice place with a great view

I like the place overall. The apartment was modern with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the new Kingston area close the lots of things since the area was mostly surrounded by local businesses, it was quite at night.The place was not really clean when I first arrived but since I paid for daily cleaning upfront. The living room had a great view of the ocean in a distance which was very nice. The only problem I have with the place is paying $50 USD per day for cleaning up front plus $200 deposit. My aunt and I aren’t messy people and would have preferred to have someone come in and clean every 3 days since I rented the place for 9 night. I would recommend this place but I would recommended to see if you can negotiate how many days of cleaning you need and only pay for those days.
