Amora Lagoon
Booked a non refundable room and due to the gulf conflict our flight was cancelled prior to travelling 4hrs to the hotel. The hotel refused to refund as a gesture of goodwill. When you are desperate you would think there is still kindness in the world. Very disappointed.
