We stayed here to visit Crater Lake. The property was clean, the staff was courteous and helpful, and the breakfast was average. Coffee in the lobby and rooms. Location is good. Hard to find accommodation near Crater lake that are affordable. I would stay here again and recommend. The water pressure for showers was Awesome!

The staff was very friendly and breakfast was good, just not very many options. The bathroom had long and short dark hairs on the floor and in the bathtub…my family and I all have blonde hair.

Nice hotel, but during check-in we were told our requests when we made out reservations were not available. After much assistance we were given ground floor rooms, as one of our party is handicapped and unable to navigate the stairs, Otherwise we enjoyed our stay

This was a really nice room, better than I expected. Front desk staff was very nice. There is no elevator, so you will need to carry your bag upstairs if that’s where your room is. Overall, highly recommend.
