The moment you walk through the stunning front door, you are greeted by floor to ceiling forest views and a beautifully designed new build crafted for luxury, connection and lasting memories. Inside, the home is fun and vibrant, with a modern eclectic vibe. Thoughtfully designed with pops of personality, stunning forest views, and a layout that feels spacious, light, and airy. For those craving a unique stay where the home is the experience, Kestrel House is it. We have created a luxurious atmosphere that include high end appliances, a hidden dishwasher and microwave, a dedicated bar area, an electric fireplace, a deep soaking tub, rain shower heads and thoughtful touches throughout.

Our home is close to everything that makes the area special- tee times at the Arnold Palmer Signature Golf Course, world-class Klamath Basin birding trails, and 40+ miles of singletrack at Spence Mountain for days well spent outdoors. Crater Lake National Park, the stunning Spring Creek and Lava Meds National Monument are not too far away.

About the layout:

This is a single level home, with no steps leading to the front door.

Bedroom 1 left side of home: King bed, private bathroom with a walk in shower. Connects directly to the outdoor deck.
Bedroom 2 right side of home: Two queen beds with an attached bathroom that can be accessed from hallway or bedroom.
Bedroom 3 right side of home: King bed with a large walk in closet, private bathroom, dual vanity, soaking tub with optional forest views and walk in shower. Connects directly to the outdoor deck.

-Your stay includes 6 access passes to Running Y amenities like the pool, hot tub, and fitness center for a relaxing, memorable getaway.
- 20 minute drive from Downtown Klamath Falls, OIT, Sky Lakes Medical Center. Our property is not near Klamath Falls City Center.
- Please note, Klamath Falls is well known for a large midge population. You will see midges near and around the home during the summer and fall. We will provide amble equipment to minimize disturbances.
- EV charging onsite is strictly prohibited. There are EV charging stations located near the main lobby.
-The hot tub, pool and fitness center is located on site at The Running Y and is a 5 minute drive from our property. These amenities can be accessed with keycards. These are all shared facilities with other Running Y guests. Please note, the pool, hot tub and fitness center are not attached to the home.

-We insure the property against accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection is $26 per reservation. This helps cover minor accidental damages. Things like a broken glass, stains, damages, etc. Now you can relax knowing you’re fully covered without the hassle of deposits or post-stay claims. It’s our way of ensuring a smooth, worry-free experience from check-in to check-out.
