Sage & Pine Modern Townhome is a 1725 square foot fully renovated townhome located at The Running Y Resort. There are 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bathrooms with breathtaking views overlooking the forest.
The master bedroom is located downstairs and boasts its own private bathroom with a renovated shower and vanity. Enjoy the soaking tub, or views of the forest!
The kitchen is newly renovated and has an open design, which is perfect for cooking and conversating with friends and family!
The two rooms upstairs have a shared Jack and Jill bathroom.

This fee provides coverage for minor accidental damages during your stay, giving you peace of mind and saving you the hassle of a large upfront hold, or a tedious refund process.
