This place was so dirty and nasty. It was live cockroaches crawling everywhere. They were stuck all around the base of the toilet on the ceiling on the tables. I ordered pizza and I had it sitting on the table and had cockroaches in it within not even 10-15 minutes of the box sitting there. I had to go buy bug spray because they wouldn't give me my money back and I had to spray all the way around my bed, the walls, the tables and everything just to be able to sleep to keep them from getting in the bed. I did not bring none of my clothes inside. Didn't bring nothing besides what we had on hands down the nastiest place I've ever been to. I do not recommend it

Thankfully, we were only staying one night. Staff was nice and was room was clean, but the tub in the bathroom was unuseable. The tub bottom (enamel?) itself was physically peeling off in rather large chunks and definitely did not look like anything you would want to shower in. If one of my children had taken a bath, the enamel would have been floating around with them. The hallway light is incredibly bright, which i understand is for safety, but the curtain choice by the hotel does not block the light from the room, even with the dark shade. The light floods in around the small curtain and your room feels as though you are trying to sleep with a lamp next to you. My kids were also bummed that the pool was closed.

The front check in staff seemed to be condescending. The first room had cockroaches and again the front staff seemed to be put out we wanted a new room. The second room was run down. In the morning we wanted to shower however had no hot water. There wasn’t any staff to report the issue too. We just left much earlier than expected. Will never return to this location.

Staff is great. Hotel is not the cleanest or up to date. Water takes forever to heat up, if it ever heats up. Also, if you live within 100 miles, you have to have a $200 cash deposit. No working atm.

I am unable to complete this survey because I was not allowed to stay at the property. After finding and noting online that the hotel was ' dog /pet friendly' and then booking through Expedia, upon arrival at 6.45 pm I was informed that my dog, being mid sized and weighing 40 pounds, was 15 pounds over the 25 pound limit for pets. I had planned this stop carefully enroute from Toronto to Florida to allow me to check in with sufficient time to lead an important on line meeting (video required) which was scheduled for shortly after my check in. This was a prepaid booking and suffice it to say i was pretty annoyed that i had to start looking for another place to stay after driving 750 miles. I think that the info sheet promoting hotel amenities should note on the web site the fact that is it only pet friendly to small dogs should be posted in BIG AND BOLD letters. Learning it during check in (which of course was denied) is not the time !!

My wife and I are frequent, loyal guests, staying at your location every two weeks. The property is incredible—the rooms are decent and the service, in general, is excellent. ​However, we have encountered significant issues with the front desk staff, who are consistently very rude and disrespectful. ​Specifically, we received very poor treatment recently regarding your 100-mile cash deposit policy. We were not allowed to speak or explain our situation, and the interaction was highly disrespectful.
