We absolutely love downtown Knoxville and are excited for you to experience it for the first time or help you enjoy it like you've never enjoyed it before! Our favorite restaurants in the city are located right outside our loft and can all be reached by crossing the street or taking a leisurely stroll. Knoxville's charm is on every side of you starting in the Old City and stretching to Market Square and beyond!
- There is paid public parking at Old City Public Parking at 298 E Jackson Ave, just a 3-minute walk from your unit. Uber and Lyft are both frequently utilized in this area. In addition, if you are up for an adventure, Knoxville's downtown and campus areas are serviced by electric scooters!
- Due to the agreement with our cleaning service provider, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.
- For your convenience we supply you with a limited starter kit of toilet paper, soap, paper towels, trash bags, and dishwasher detergent. There are several shops you can visit nearby to purchase supplies for the duration of your stay.
**Please NOTE: There may be construction projects at any given moment due to the urban setting. - You may not book if you live locally without asking for permission and letting us know why you need a place in town.
- By booking with us you agree to download our app to gain access to the property.
- Guests will be expected to clean up spills and messes that they make and throw all their trash in the trash can. Also, it will be the guest's responsibility to do the dishes before they leave.
- To protect the host and guest, we must verify all guests ahead of the stay. Please be aware: As a part of the verification process, you may be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, and pass through our guest portal. The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.

- Please ensure that you review the cancellation policy as it pertains to any cancellation for any COVID-19 reason. We encourage guests to purchase travel insurance because we cannot operate outside of our cancellation policy for any reason.
- Note: there will be an additional $50 charge if you forget to leave the parking pass and/or keys when you checkout.
- Please respect those in the building who live on the floor. They are residents and not guests, so it's very important that we respect their homes and be considerate of any loud music or noise. Thanks for serving those around you!

After the two-hour period expires, the Property is provided as is and we are not responsible for the inoperability or unavailability of any amenities. - You further agree to give us a reasonable amount of time to respond to your report and to cooperate with our efforts to address the concern or provide a remedy. - You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.

Okay/decent unit with excellent location
We enjoyed the unit overall based on location. Paying that much money you should be able to take a hot shower with good water pressure. none of the women or my daughter would wash their hair because the pressure was so poor. There is a metal electrical outlet that is hidden behind the futon that is bent in half and my daughter not knowing any better went to plug in her charger and it shocked her pretty bad.

Cool loft with a couple of draw-backs
Overall, the place had a nice vibe with some good points for style and was very affordable. The biggest downside we ran into was the complete lack of hot water. I'm glad we were only staying for one night or it would have really put a damper on our stay. There was a sign about how to make the water hot, but it didn't seem to apply at all.
The other downside was the neighborhood. There was some commotion right outside in the middle of the night that had to involve the police. Not much you can do on that one. Just something to be aware of.

The loft was roomy with cute old charm. Fit 7 people comfortably. An extra bathroom would have been nice, but we knew that going in. They provided everything you needed, fans, extra sheets even an air mattress if needed. Great communication. Would recommend

Great location
We had a great stay and its a wonderful space. Everything was within walking distance (meaning right outside your door) cool coffee shops, restaurants, a little market that has necessities, bars, shops. We stayed 3 nights and never had to get into our car.
The place is very spacious 3 bedrooms.
Our favorite places were the French Cafe, Kaizen, and Kefi next door to the VRBO.
My only complaint would be the shower setting the hot water can be a difficult and lengthy process but over all it was a great experience and i would stay again.

Concert Night
While we were disappointed we couldn't check in early on a weekday, the property was very convenient to our concert destination. Balcony pics were a little deceiving. This unit is in a very old building and is quite charming. The bathroom had a very musty smell. We all agreed the unit just added to our concert/reunion visit.

Don’t stay on weekends
We were awake most of the night with the street noise from the bars in the neighborhood. Dishes were dirty, holes in the walls. Door handles unattached. Really disappointed.
