Nice, Well Kept for a Good Price

Room and common areas were clean and comfortable. Remodeled nicely. Air conditioning control difficult to figure out. Windows didn’t block out the airport takeoff noise (ours faced the runway). But takeoff seem to be limited overnight. Breakfast was good but same for 4 days. Free airport shuttle was timely and courteous.

Very clean hotel, quick check-in, friendly reception staff, comfortable bed and room. Only complaint is the fragrance of cleaning supplies used (and possibly air freshener used in the room?). It was very strong.

Close to airport and great place to stay

I had a plane delay and needed a place to stay. I was able to secure a great rate, got a wonderful room with a view of the Smoky Mountains, and received great service from Aaron, the evening counter person.

Hotel overall 3 stars. Breakfast VERY limited, old hotel, cracks in walls, dust in vents, beds comfortable and clean room. Convenient location, easy access to restaurants. Quiet and safe. Great price. I would stay again but skip the breakfast.
