Needs to do a deep cleaning

Booked a jacuzzi suite. I cleaned the jacuzzi out prior as I do with any jacuzzi tub I’m getting in. Once I filled the tub up and turned the jets on it filled up with black debris. It was very disgusting and disappointing as o booked this room specifically for the jetted jacuzzi tub. The people in the room next to me had a lot of kids too many to be in the room and they were very noisy. Manage did give me 50% refund but I feel as if I should’ve gotten a complete refund.

Online photos inaccurate, tv didn’t work, room had hair on floor and mold in bathroom. No wash clothes to clean yourself with. Bed was squeaky and you could hear the highway through the room. Hallways were loud with people. Paint was all chipped in the room. For the price it was ok but not as seen online. Overall poor quality stay. Will not go back.

I have arthritic issues in my knees and my feet. They had no elevator. Their floors in the room were as hard as bricks. The jacuzzi in the restroom was extremely difficult to get in and out of.

Needs some TLC

Hotel is in need of major renovation. All the finishes are scuffed and marked. Hotel did not look clean! Room smelled of smoke even though it was smoke free. Not well insulated so we heard noises all through the night. Will not stay here again.

Gross

The room was gross. Hair was stuck to the door and walls and painted over, the room smelled, people smoked right outside the doors so when we walked outside we walked right into clouds of smoke, we could smell smoke in the halls too, the bed had a broken spring that stuck out the side of the mattress and cut my leg, all they did was exchange towels and never cleaned the room or noticed the toilet paper was empty, the shower was moldy, the hotel stunk and the place was just gross.
