Horrible!
We traveled from Europe with three kids and had very high expectations for our villa. The pictures online looked fabulous. We had paid more than 2500 Euros for 8 nights and thought that this would guarantee us a decent place to stay. However, we ended up leaving the villa after two nights and checked in to at a different hotel.
First, we did not get the villa we had booked. We had booked Villa 5, but got Villa 7 due to a double booking. The road behind both villas was extremely busy and we almost did not sleep at night due to the scooter noise. Monkeys from the forrest came very close to us which made the kids feel unsafe.
Second, the villa was in two stories with the bed rooms downstairs. At night time, we had to use an OUTSIDE staircase.
Third, the villa itself was quite down with a cockroach living in the kitchen cabinet with plates and bowls. The surroundings of the villa looked like a ghost town with an abandoned restaurant (Formerly known as The Cave).
Fourth, according to the homepage, the villas should have cable TV, but the TVs in the villa had been taken down due to lack of TV signal.
Fifth, on the first floor there was a horrible sewer smell from a bathroom.
We were offered to be moved to another villa for the last two nights. This villa was further away from the noisy road. However, this villa was only for 4 people and we did not want to jeopardize the rest of our precious vacation. Therefore we left the Villa. Best decision ever!
