Loved every moment. Gorgeous views and quiet location. If you are looking to party more, it's a bit out of the way from that sort of stuff. But highly recommend if you're just looking to relax.

Beautiful Holiday

Had the most wonderful stay in this hotel at phi phi island , perfect for couples! Rooms are huge , so spacious , pool is awesome . The beach outside is beautiful to swim in and only a short 10-15min walk from markets and restaurants . Would recommend

Good hotel away from the noise

The hotel was a good choice as it was out of the way, with a beautiful pool and wonderful, attentive staff. My only issue was that while the rooms are lovely and comfortable, the bed itself was incredibly hard - the hardest in all of Thailand!! The staff remedied this by providing an additional duvet to lay down on the mattress which helped slightly. All in all I would likely stay again.

Great views. Beach front. Friendly staff.

A bit of a walk from the party side of phi phi island and the main eating/shopping area. However its location makes it a nice getaway from the noise and bustle at night. Great views.

Great resort

I would definitely stay here again. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and very helpful. Stunning view from the pool with the beach on the doorstep of the resort. Highly recommended

Mixed feeling

Pros: The view.
Cons: Shower stall (read my review). Not much can be done about the common balcony I suppose. Should warn guests that there is a step down on floor.
Location: The beach is on the doorstep but a bit far from the markets & eating places. Up to you what is your priority. Activities are all water based.
After having stayed at the Nap at Patong Beach for 5 nights, we were a bit disappointed. The staff is not as knowledgeable. We asked what time the markets will be closed only to be told that there is no market! WHAT??? Most of them don't seem to understand English. The hotel is beautiful no doubt. I don't like the common balcony. All rooms on the same floor open up to the same one long stretch of balcony. As a result there is no privacy. At night you can hear your neighbours talking on the balcony. We woke up to empty beer bottles and caps on the table and balcony floor. Luckily they weren't too noisy but I really don't need to hear them if I can help it. On the 1st night, the power went out 4-5 times. Kept waking up at night to turn the air-cond back on. Were told the island had a problem but not true as it was only this hotel that went all dark. The shower stall was badly designed. The gap between the glass door and the floor is too big so water splashed everywhere. We had to ask for extra towels and that brings us to the next problem. The next day all the extra towels were gone so we had to ask again. So this time we kept the extra towels in the kitchen cabinet so they won't be taken away. The next day we were left with no towels at all except for the 3 in the cabinet (4 ppl in room!). So I had to chase down the cleaning lady to get the towels myself! Breakfast was ok, although not as good as the Nap. On our last morning they ran out of Nutella! The elevator was so slow!

Awesome hotel. Will be back.

Hotel is nice and new. Its far enough away from the centre of town that you aren't up all night but an easy walk in. Hotel rooms have a lot of space, great views and were clean. Obviously, the hotel is still working on a few things as no towel rails, toilet roll holders etc but we were very happy to stay there and would definitely go back. Breakfast choices were slightly limited but staff were very helpful. Cant wait to go back!

Ferry schedule from mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier): 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier): 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after noon will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

This is a certified Thailand SHA Plus property. Thailand SHA Plus is a health and safety certification (an additional level to the SHA standard), for properties that are open to vaccinated travelers and have at least 70% of staff vaccinated, issued by the Amazing Thailand Safety and Health Administration.
