Way to expensive for what it was, this hotel is very run down and in need of a lot of work. Had to boil kettle on the floor due to lack of power points and tv had to be replaced. 3 star hotel and that’s being generous, booked 2 deluxe bungalows and none available on arrival, overpriced, look elsewhere !

Pros: The pool and breakfast
Cons: We paid for a room we didn't end up getting as they had obviously double booked. The gym is non existent as all equipment was broken

Pros: All private villas, it's like your own space to escape!
Cons: Had water issues whilst we were there, but that isn't the hotels fault, it was happening all over the island.
Location: Perfect, Away from it all
Facilities: Home away from home; Value: Amazing; Service: Go the extra mile; Cleanliness: Beautiful; Wonderful place, everything is in walking distance!

Pros: Very close to the beach and to shops, pool area and grounds kept very well.
Cons: Bit of a hike from the peir but the wonderful porter met us at the peir and walked our bags back to the resort.

Ferry Schedule From Mainland: From Phuket to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Rasada Pier) - 8:30 AM, 11 AM, 11:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. From Krabi to Ko Phi Phi (departing from Klong Ji-Lard Pier) - 9 AM, 10:30 AM, 1:30 PM, and 3 PM. Guests must arrive at the pier at least 1 hour prior to departure as schedule may change based on weather conditions. Guests who arrive at Phuket or Krabi airport after 12 PM (noon) will have to stay on the mainland and board the morning ferry to Ko Phi Phi.

To get to the property, guests need to transfer by boat. Transfers need to be confirmed in advance by contacting the property at the number on the booking confirmation. Phi Phi Villa Resort offers transfers from the ferry terminal (fees may apply).
